He is a former President of AHSCA NSW\, former President of the HCAA\, and a current Director of the HCAA. Nick has represented the HCAA on various State and Federal Government Committees\, including his current involvement with the committee for AS/NZS5601.1. \nNick will speak about “Hydraulic Design in NSW – what accreditation do I need\, what services require sign off and how do I get accreditation”\nThe presentation will help consultants better understand how to negotiate the ever-changing NSW design legislation and accreditation.\n• Building and Development Certifiers Act 2018\n• The NSW Design and Building Practitioners Act 2020\n• The NSW Design and Building Practitioners Act amendments for 2023 \nAll members are welcome and encouraged to join us on the evening and network with your peers and colleagues from across the industry while enjoying canapes and drinks (first drink complimentary\, then cash bar) at a fantastic venue for our first event for 2023. \n(This event attracts 1 x CPD point for AHSCA Qld Chapter consultant members.) \nWe look forward to seeing as many members as possible attend.
