New Leadership and Exciting Plans Unveiled for AHSCA Qld!
Last week, the AHSCA Qld Management Committee held a 2024 planning meeting. This marked a pivotal moment for the growth of the Association, with new President, Ashley Monson, outlining an ambitious plan for the future. Recognising the value of diverse perspectives, the committee enlisted Simon Bottomley of EJ Australia, a long-standing Affiliate member, to facilitate the planning session, with Simon’s insights injecting fresh ideas and perspectives into the Association’s strategic roadmap.
The key points outlined were:
- Leadership Transition: Chris Tritton’s departure from the Presidency of AHSCA Qld signals the start of a new era under the leadership of Ashley Monson. Ash’s commitment to innovation and progress has set the tone for the Association’s trajectory into 2024 and beyond.
- Strategic Vision: At the planning meeting, Ash Monson and the committee embarked on a journey to reimagine AHSCA Qld’s role and impact. With a focus on enhancing member experiences and strengthening relationships with Affiliate manufacturers, the committee aims to usher in a new era of growth and prosperity.
- Exciting Changes: Among the anticipated changes for 2024 are refreshed networking events at various locations in Brisbane, an intensified social media presence to champion AHSCA Qld’s initiatives, expanded educational opportunities, and enhanced collaboration with industry stakeholders such as MPAQ, IPIQ, Institute of Architects, local Councils, and water agencies. Additionally, members can look forward to more factory tours, site visits, social activities, and the utilisation of video production for elevated promotional opportunities.
“As AHSCA Qld embarks on this transformative journey, I am honoured to be elected President,” said Ash. “It has been a fantastic start to the year as we collaborated to define and create ambitious strategies for 2024 and renewed our commitment to excellence and innovation.”
“I would like to acknowledge and thank Chris Tritton and the AHSCA committee for their efforts and dedication in leading our Association. The commitment of everyone involved with AHSCA has ensured that we have a strong Association and one that is ready to support our members over the year ahead. I am delighted to be able to build on the work that Chris and the team have done during their tenure with AHSCA Qld.”
“With the collaboration, vision, and dedication of our members and committee, AHSCA Qld is set to go from strength-to-strength as the peak body and leading Association for the hydraulic services sector in Queensland. For professionals within the industry, you can anticipate exciting developments and opportunities for growth in the year ahead,” said Ash.
